
All of Smokey Joe’s sausages are made on the premises from the finest ingredients. We use
whole cuts of meat and then grind them with
fresh herbs and spices. After curing overnight
we then smoke our sausages for 3 hours. We are
the only kosher establishment to thoroughly cook
all of our sausages in a natural wood smoking oven.
No artificial smoke flavors, unnamed meat parts,
or anything you wouldn’t feed your kids. We use
only the best ingredients and best practices to
create an all natural, gluten free, premium
sausage. We smoke our sausages each week to
ensure that you are getting the freshest
ingredients.
